Unable to resist a pun, “Ho Heaux O” will be a combination Christmas-themed, Creole crawfish boil and orienteering meet!

The crawfish are technically from Louisiana, and obtained locally at Walmart in the frozen foods department. Corn and potatoes will be boiled onsite.

The orienteering meet will be the usual fare of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced courses. Open starts window is from 10am-1pm with cutoff at 2pm. Timing will be electronic and crash courses in navigation available to anyone who asks.

It will take place at Richmond Hill Park in Asheville.

Maps will be $10 per person. Crawfish meal is donation-based.
