From a FB post: Saturday’s Grid-O Endur-O event is unlike any #orienteering event we have produced before. You will have 2 hours to complete as many of these little courses on a flat field, in a 4×4 grid of flags spaced 25 ft apart, as you can. This is the third course of 22, to give you an idea of where they begin, and no real inkling of how tough they get towards the end. The clock stops between your courses, which take 1 to 3 minutes each to complete and score is kept electronically by #Sportident. If you make an error, you do it again until you get it. Non-stop action, constant thinking, and moving for probably three or four miles. It is a mental and physical challenge.
