The 4th week of our current evening street orienteering series saw 10 participants scurry up and down the hills of Kenilworth.
Visiting one or both of the cemeteries on the course was an option, with emphasis on the South Asheville Cemetery. Runner were forbidden to enter either burial ground during the race (we visited the George Avery plaque,) but everyone was encouraged to return to this important piece of Asheville’s past and pay it a proper visit.
