Lookout Brewing Running Club, Lookout Brewing, Black Mountain, NC
Weather was overcast and mid to upper 50’s.
We had a handful of newcomers, including a young man from Easley who took back knowledge of land navigation to teach his scout troop. Also, Steve and his sons in a double stroller enjoyed the Beginner course. There were 26 starts and probably 34 in attendance.
There was great competition and the spread between places was slim. Great to see some of the faster runners in Western North Carolina throwing down and shedding some blood to win the seconds needed to win.
